Donington plans

Anyone seen the new extension plans for Donington park, looks like there could be a great "indy" track from the old hairpin, using the new track up the hill to goddards..
Not so sure about the melbourne hairpin as T1 for an F1 race though, especially with no chicane on the straight run up to it!

Also looks like both starkeys and redgate bars are going, along with the exhibition centre...

The redgate bar wasnt exactly the ultimate in visitor comfort though, so no biggie that going. Its a shame that Coppice will be ruined and made into a standard corner rather than the monster double apex corner it is now but all round the circuit looks like its going to be, in one word, awesome!

Just continues to baffle me why Dorna want to move to Silverstone!
