It seems a Cup ROTY title isn't worth much in a bad economy. :s

Yeah, its pretty sad when the 2008 rookie-of-the-year with no DNF's can not find a full-time ride for this year. :(

Regan is not one of those drivers that 'bursts" onto the scene. He is a very good driver that constantly improves. He deserves a good shot at showing his talent.

Besides, he is a heck of a good guy. :)
