Seems like someone has a real grudge against the civil servants and some of the private sector businesses doing vehicle exise collection. Someone was bound to say enough is enough in a forceful way, but its only going to get worse.

I hope someone sends a letter bomb to this knobend and kills him/her. Sure I don't like speed cameras or congestion charges but there's not reason to hurt people.

Can't say fairer than that. There are legitimate, legal and non-violent ways to protest and those people are only doing their jobs.

I've got a grudge against people who impose unfair charges, but I've also got a democratic voice. :s
