Red Kite Stages 09

Just been looking at the Red Kite stages site and im very tempted to go. Only thing is theres no spectator info at the moment so I was hoping someone can give me some info on where to go and when? :D

I'll be going, am doing Haye Park day before too :s

Date of the rally is Sunday 18th January, and it usually uses stages around the Crychan/Halfway area.

any chance you could enlighten me as to where on the a483 would be the turning off for spectator parking on the esgair daffydd and the times, When you obtain them!!

The entry was posted on the British Rally forum by the organisers i think it will be posted on the event website on wednesday along with speccy info.

esgair daffydd is ss3 and ss6!!!theres no mention of it on the speccy info but its defo on the event time sheet that i have!!the wind is looking to be wild most of the day sunday with heavy rain!!!

Does anybody know what happened to Peter Stephenson's MG S2000 SPORT please?

They were apparently 11th Overall & 6th in Class after Stage 2, but that's it as far as I can tell.

Any photos would be much appreciated, of course.

great pics 306, as i said earlier i was marshalling on ss3 and 6 esgair dafydd, stephenson had his hazards on past me, was gutted damian cole went out early , we had a snow flurry end of ss6 , enjoyed event noticed cars thru on 2nd run ,not on first, and o brian was flying, hope you all had a good rally

We had a blizzard in Crychan at 3:30am!! Everything was white, most of it was gone when I woke up at 7:30 though, thank god!
