Indy Lights: Summerton has eyes on RLR/Andersen seat

"Bobby had kept saying about Jonathan [Summerton]," Dan Andersen revealed, "Now I have finally had an opportunity to see him drive, he is definitely the 'real deal', a terrific package of natural talent, intelligence, experience and a great personality to represent sponsors.

A comment that RLR/Andersen team co-principal
had about Jonathan Summerton as he tested the
Indy Lights car this past Monday. And Summerton
will have an eye for that open seat as he
mentioned. Also testing is Jonathan Bomarito and
Joel Miller.

Summerton will have to put the F1 plans on hold for now.

He's the real deal. I've had fun watching him come up and expect great things from him.

Summerton was always my second favourite A1 driver - behind whoever was driving for New Zealand.

Definitely the 'real deal' and would be a great addition to Indy Lights and eventually Indy Cars.

I hope he doesn't shelve his F1 hopes because I don't think he would look out of place at that level and must be one of the best, if not the best, US prospect at the moment.

yep yep, another great rookie is heading towards Indy, or at least could be :)
