Mandatory use of HANS in national championships

I'd like to know how and when particular ASN gets HANS as mandatory.

Since when is it mandatory in Your championship?
For which classes is it mandatory?
For which level of national championship is it mandatory?

In Czech Republic HANS is mandatory for all crews in both international and sprintrally (national) championships since the start of 2009 season.

In Croatia it will be mandatory for all crews for the national and international Croatian championships,however it will not be mandatory fro the Open Rally Challenge (ORC Championship)

In Russia HANS is mandatory for all crews in Open championship (N1-N4 and A5-A7 international classes) since the start of 2009 season. In Russian Rally Cup HANS will be only reccomended.

HANS is not yet mandatory in Romania, but could be next year. Not so many drivers used it in 2008.

In FINLAND

Hans is mandatory in Finnish Rally Championships since the start of the 2010 season. In both classes 2WD and 4WD.
(Yes, there is only two classes in FRC from the beginning of the season 2009.)

Since the start of the season 2012 HANS is mandatory in every Finnish Rally competition.

In Spain is mandatory since 2008 for all National events.

In Norway HANS has been mandatory since the start of the 2008 season in A8 (WRC) and N4 classes. Actually many other crews in other classes, also the national ones, are starting to use it.

APRC mandatory since the start of 2008, but only for registered competitors. In New Zealand, Mandatory from next year for any international event. Still not for a national event. In China, Mandatory from start of 2009 for national championship.

In Germany HANS is only mandatory for crews scoring pionts / registered for the German Rally Championship. Guests are free to use /or not.
