I have recently fitted 4 raydoyt fireball driving lamps to my vehicle, can anyone on this forum(if I am even in the right forum!?) please tell me where I can purchase a heavy duty relay to power these lights, I am going to be using 100 watt lamps

I'd start out with somewhere like Demon Tweeks, but shop around because they tend to be quite expensive. Having said that I only understood half of the words in your post but assume that you are on about bright lights :p :

It is almost certain when being asked about advice, we come to testimony about name or brand. Speaking of relay, Hella I think it has quite good longevity, Bosch is also not bad choice beside any of product like spark plug, coil have fairly good performance. But if you look for a brand specializing in electronic, you can give philips a try.
You can buy it anywhere, but stationery shop usually doesn't sell it...
