So final round of the season for world superbike. The new circuit looks really nice from the videos posted in the other thread. The last races for Troy Bayliss, I'm sure he would like to add this new circuit to his 'wins list'

SBK and SS titles are done, 4 riders can still win the STK1000 title

Kiyonari will be back in action as will Garry McCoy, who will be back on the Triumph for the first time since his crash at Brno.

Rea and Sofuoglu will swap places and Simone Sanna will join Josh Hayes and Miguel Praia as Parkalgar Honda will have a 3 rider line-up for the team's home event.

There are also quite a lot of BSB riders are wildcarding
- Cal Crutchlow and Leon Haslam will wildcard with HM Plant Honda.
- Tommy Bridewell, brother of the late Ollie Bridewell who was killed while racing at Mallory Park last year, will also wildcard on his late brother’s bike.
- Chris Burns and STP Motorsport will wildcard but he may not ride the MV Agusta.

Bayliss finishes his career from pole position after closing out the last ever wet (or dry) Superpole fastest. The Brits have given a good account of themselves taking three of the top 6 spots. Corser and Fabrizio have been pretty fast all weekend and I'd love to see Corser finally get his first Yamaha race win in the first race with Bayliss finishing his career with a win in race two.

Only 9 points separate the top 4 in this championship. Roberts grabbed a crucial pole position and if things finished in qualifying order then he would be champion but I think we all know that is highly unlikely! :D This should prove to be a ripper, absolutely desperate and plenty of people capable of running near the front so things are far from sorted. It could go any number of ways.

As it was reported to me, Josh was a bit psyched up when he passed for the lead and Kenan misunderstood Josh's gestures, hence the 'punches' when Kenan re-passed. Nothing to worry about, it seems.
