My best thoughts and wishes to Tony Mumford that he recovers quickly from his injury at Pembrey and to "Arnie Arnold" who looked shaken and unhappy after the freak collision that they suffered. :)
However guys if you are going for copycat spinning sessions again please do it in someone elses sector as I don't need the paperwork practice. ;)
There will be some good physio for a crook shoulder trying to polish that dent out. :p :
