Hello, i started this thread not to have an argument each other, just to say our opinion for each other here, and to have a little humor. I hope the operators don't mind. Is just to discuss.

I have no beef with anyone. A lot of us get carried away, but at least we're able to come to an agreement from time to time. If we all agreed then there wouldn't be a need for a forum.

There are so many "racing incidents" on these forums but at the end of the day I hope thats what they are...just some fun discussing (passionately) our favourite teams and drivers but more importantly the sport of F1 !

I bet most people who fight on here would get on really well if they ever met in person :) ..I know I would!

I think all of you are the donkeys of this forum.

I take one look at one thread in the planetf1 forum and it's filled with three times as much petty pointscoring, baseless arguments and groundless speculation than any thread I have seen here in several months.

All of you are cool, because even when we have an argument, people use humor and not venom. Of course, sometimes it seems rude, but it is OK, F1 is a sport and we are passionate fans of it.
The only thing which I don't like is that fans here are very nostalgic and dislike new things which happen to F1. I think that it is because it is not the sprt which they loved as a kid, not cause the sport is bad. Kinda like Star Wars fans.
But apart from this, the people here are cool.

Sure we have it 5 times worse on Planet F1 but on 10/10ths its almost non existant.. might be dull for some whos main reason to be on the forum is to be a keyboard warrior or Troll but I much prefer repectfull discussions and debates without any childish crap.

Even if I thought someone was a donkey on this forum I wouldnt start pointing fingers at anyone. I think namecalling what we need to wipeout on here tbh..

I agree with the positive attitude here. Surely there are opinion clashes at times, but I have a sympathy for those, who have a different opinion, because if everyone thought in the same way, the world would be boring.

This is the only F1 forum I participate in, and that's because at the end of the day, it's top notch. It has top notch admins :up: top notch mods :up: (who do a wonderful job each day, a job which goes mostly unnoticed and is mostly underappreciated) and above all, top members :up:

Yes, we do have differences of opinion (who doesn't?) and occasionally we get a bit impatient in our passion towards our favourite driver/team, but at the end of the day, we have far more in common than we realise. We are passionate fans of Formula 1. We are a global community of people who spend hours every week talking to each other and reading each other's opinions.

I love you all :D and I love this forum. Long live the motorsport forums!

On the old champcar forum, the really insightful ones, in my opinion, are Jag Warrior, 994ever, Ken, and Indycool.

Of the banned ones, austin brammer was terrific.

YCD was a donkey but he got banned years ago.
