Marko Martin took the N14 Subaru to it's first win with Robert Reid at his side at a memorial rally to pay tribute to one of the worlds best drivers, Richard Burns (1971-2005). Martin said he expected the win simply because they had the highest quality car but calls for more top continders to participate next year. :( for the fallen hero. :D that martin stepped up and took the wheel!

Agreed, but the location isn't a big attraction and a multi-venue event would help, and I think Richard's memory deserves more. Had Colin still been around, I'm sure he would've been there.

I agree with turves. I didnt attend the event so I can't really comment but it does seem a bit of a tin pot event driving round a few cones and stuff.

Obviously it's all for a great cause. Nice to see the S14 getting a run, but if not for Markko and RR then there isn't much of an attraction to the event itself.
