Race Track Financing Help

I am working with some folks that are building a Drag strip along with a motorcross track in South Carolina. It is about 50% completed and there is no debts on the property. We need about $800,000 to finish this project.

Where do I find a construction loan for a race track? Are their any lenders that specialize in this type of financing.
