Considering we're all going to die fairly soon does it matter whether Lewis should have been penalised or not? :p

It'll be so awesome if something happens, although I suspect that it'll be less succesful than the Millenium Dome :D

Edit: Love this quote too:

Anyone who thinks the LHC will destroy the world is a t---. :D

Either way they're going to tell you, it was all a success. No blackholes here! :p :

That's great... but it starts with an earthquake, birds and snakes and aeroplanes and Lenny Bruce is not afraid...

It took me five hours to compile this... I'm especially happy with:
Last night I dreamt of knives, continental drift divide, mountains all in a line
LEONARD BERNSTEIN :D

I would really be pissed off if the world came to an end. I had to queue up for an hour for my Footy match this Saturday between St Kilda and Collingwood and I've got a really great seat opposite centre wing on row 3.

Why are people making such a big fuss about the experiment today? Aren't they just turning it on today? They don't actually start colliding particles untill October, today they just have a particle lapping the tunnel.

Well, I think they've opened a portal to another dimension because I was pouring a cup of tea at lunch and I distinctly sensed something walk by behind me, I turned and there was nobody there, but someone ought to start a log of supernatural activity, and remember " Dont cross the streams" Dr Peter Venkman.

But what if one of the particles got drunk and ran into the wall?

What happens when the particles collide, and the second particle takes a short cut, passes the first particle, lets it by again, then passes it into the next bend? Is that particle then excluded.

Oh yeh, who cares about Lewis...

Ok, imagine now that it has / will generate a black hole that will suck up the world. Surely there'd be a court injunction or something to stop them from telling us that and that we'd just dissapear?

I think, there I am.

The rest of you are just a bad dream, and if all of you keep pisssang me off, I am going to wake up and that will the end of all of you.....
SO there. Be cool or else.

Unfortunately that little darling in her little bitty pink bikini that is just to the right on the GP forum (in the ad called the latest swimsuit) just will not cooperate in my dream, so I may wake up anyway.
