If he is, it's not as if he hasn't already been warned and should know right from wrong. I've no sympathy for him really.

Plonker. I personally don't see him getting a huge term tbh. He simply used fairly off the shelf programs to get through the security. I think if he'd been using stuff he'd coded himself he'd been looking at some serious punishment but I think he'll be out in no time. He should fire his lawyers for advising him to put up such a fight against the extradition. He should simply go over and do his time. He'd have only had a few years most likely served in the UK if he'd complied earlier.

Yes he broke the law, yes he should go to jail. I don't think there's much of a question over that. But the only question is where he should go to jail, personally I don't think he should be extradited. But I know nothing about law.
