If I'm to be a bit critical there doesn't seem to be any motion to the pictures. Also you've cropped the pictures. Sometimes this can be good but in this case it's not great. Have you heard of the rule of thirds?

Try lowering the shutter speed down to 1/60 or 1/90 you'll get something like this. It's not great but at the car is given a sense of speed.

If you lower the speed a bit less than that you'll get the wheels spinning which makes the car look like it's going fast like this.

It looks like Atko is quite impressed by your shooting talent... ;)

But you're right, pictures you took are awesome!

My pictures are OK at best :) The colours on that Atkinson picture are way off as well.

No problems. Try a few shots at 1/60th and 1/90th just on traffic moving very slowly and you'll pick it up quite quickly. It makes for nice shots but remember to mix up your shots :)

Can anyone provide hi-res pictures from Rally Ireland ?

I'm particularly interested in action photos of Henning Solberg (Stobart Ford)and Niall McShea (Proton).

Does anybody know what car or team this is? I faintly recall seeing them before but I don't recognize it.
