Your definately enjoy the action on epynt
Last year was classic when Mark Solloway hit a sheep head on pity i wasn't paying attention at the time or filiming :s you dont really need to know what the sheep look like afterwards :arrowed: .
Then i had to laugh when at service on the Neath Valley a week later Marks service crew started doing sheep impressions at him :D :D

The Tour of Epynt 2007 has to be the worst weather for a rally that i have been to non stop rain all day and hurricane winds felt like i was being shot in the face with BBs :D
I was actually glad when they cancelled the last stage cos of the rain

Rallyst3ve

Yeah you can spectate on Saturday ;)
Does anyone know whether the National B event with the WRC's runs on Saturday's 2 stages as well as the Historics National A. Because last year only the historics ran on the Saturday afternoon but i think both events run on Saturday this year ??????????????????
Might be tempted to head down there on saturday if all the cars are competing?

Oh dear. I remember that day and it was absolutely hanging. We had decided just to go home without bothering to watch the last stage, quite lucky really seeing as they cancelled it. One of those days when you really start to wonder about maybe watching snooker instead :( Wasn't it also the event which was shrouded in controversy as a lot of drivers refused to provide a fuel sample?

Yeah it was the event with the fuel sample issues and some top crews got disqualified.
Anyways just got back from the Harry Flatters Rally i went on Saturday evening and went into the German Village for the first time which was entertaining as most of the top Historics all got it wrong :p Then it was a trip back home and then a return to Epynt for Sunday's stages. Historics were good to watch and thought Andy Gwynne in the Saxo was top class :D
Might have my vid up soon

Is that picture of Gwynne up at Llandeilo Fan Triangle or whatever it's called? (The left hander at the top of the hill if they are running away from Dixies).
Despite a number of visits to the place I seem to have only watched in about 5 or 6 spots on Epynt.

What date is the Mewla? I've got some busy weekends ahead with college work, football and a sprint event but would like to get to Epynt at some time this year (seem to have missed the others for one reason or another)

Mewla is on the 24th of August. It's the last rally of the year up Epynt, but it's sually the best imo. It has got quite a good entry list allready. Entries close on the 10th. Quite a few big names like Kynaston have entered (i love the sound of his Audi)
Rallyst3ve

Yep the Mewla should be good hopefully some 6r4's take part ;)
Dont forget the Woodpecker Stages on 30th AUGUST that should be class too :D

Of course it is!! I was speaking to David about it yesterday  Think this one is off the list as watching football on the 23rd and entered an event at Colerne on the 25th which usually means loading the car and travelling the day before. Unless we can find somewhere to stash car and trailer then Epynt is orf.

You should definately try and watch the Woodpecker, Haye Park's a great stage and of course its Andy Burton's local so he's always on it. Lets hope the Peugeot Cosworth can be rebuilt in time!!
