GP Attendances?

With the sell-out of Silverstone being widely publicised, it got me thinking.

What are the attendances like at the other GPs? What other ones are sellouts? I seem to remember reading that numbers at the German GP have been down the last few years, and the US GP didn't have huge attendances.
