You could also include the days when said teams ran other people's chassis, like the two years when Ferrari ran Lancias, or Williams' spells with March and De Tomaso entries (and the extra confusion of whether the Iso Marlboro and Politoys deserve to be counted as different from the early Williams. Not to mention the Wolf years...). For that matter, Tyrrell started off with Matras before a brief interlude with March.
