Refresh rates

How often does the forum Refresh itself?

It seems that when I log on in the morning, I can go to the unread posts but if I spend longer than about 5 mins on a single page, possibly writing a response or researching something, then I come out and the new posts have been reset?

Is there any way of changing this to an hour or something?

Knockie mate, I think is 15 min, but I am not sure, wait for Mark, he will tell you exactly ;)
