I hate movie stars and all the phoney baloney rock and roll stuff that goes with being a Movie star, but some good movies were made this last year....

That said, I wont watch the Oscars, I find there is so much ego gratification going on I get nauseous.....

I've only seen three recent movies: Eragon, which was crap, Casino Royale, which was great, and Déjà Vu, which was great.

I think the Departed deserves recognition, but it wont win....The Oscars are often about who kisses the most @ss.....which is why some directors and actors can nominated over and over, and yet never win....
