BTCC mechanics

I'm a mechanic for Merc Benz and was wondering if anyone knew how you'd get into the BTCC mechanic world???

Or anywhere I could find out about it..

do you have any experience of motorsport?

if not, you will need to get some.
Any formulae will be a good start.
Also, experience of race cars and how they differ from road cars is a basic need.
