Calibornia in, Atlanta out. a good track replaced by a bad one with worse racing. Nascar hits a homerun on this one :mark: another reason why the chase is horrible, they have all bland tracks in the final 10 races, with the exception of New Hampshire, Martinsville, Talladega, and Phoenix.

why, the track sellsouts every damn year, California can't even get half the seats filled

I ask that same question, but as we all know, he who has the gold, makes the rules!

Not when's it's 105 degrees on Labor Day weekend. Given an October date they'll do much better than the 2/3 they get now.

one of the pocono races should move to the chase

add a road course too (i know they say that would be unfair towards the ones better on road courses...but i say deal with it!)

Jonesi, this just amplifies NASCAR's big screw up of taking the Southern 500 race from Darlington and giving to California. As a fan of NASCAR, you can’t feel good about this no matter how it affects you. NASCAR tried selling us that this was a better solution since Darlington never sold out, and it's back fired miserably after most of the loyal fan base figured it would when it first happened.

I’ll give the fans over there credit...the stands looked almost full for the Cup race last Labor Day, but there were more folks at my high school graduation than there were at the Busch race last Labor Day weekend. And that's a killer!

so they move the race to Atlanta

hey only 95 degrees with humidity  just as good I say

Brian needs to step down or bring it back like how it is suppose to be and give Labor Day back to Darlington

In my opinion "The Chase" will only get better when it is discontinued and they go back to determining the winner at the end of the season like they used to. Race hard and fast and the one ending up with the most points wins. Thats what racing is all about, not putting on a show.
