Motegi - weather forecast?

Why don't they just quit trying to run the oval at Motegi and either run the road course or move the race to Honda's Suzuka track? The weather always seems to suck for this race.

Just came on live on ESPN2....said this on race thread I started but they're delayed by weepers in Turn 4, 50 degrees, gusty winds.....but supposed to start at 25 past the hour.
