Make sure you know how to cook spaghetti...most F1 drivers eat/want that for lunch :p :

Pasta and rice are their favorite meals during race week ends, for obvious reasons! :D

Judging by the girl who was buying bread for Ferrari in Monaco a few years ago, having a nice arse is a pre-requisite!

Have a sniff around work agencys in towns neighbouring F1 circuits. Usually the people who do the paddoc club catering apply for local help on race weekends. When I can't get a ticket to the race, I do some work and get to watch the race in a great spot and get paid for it. Start off doing something **** for the weekend then try and stick your foot in the door that way. This also helps you in previous experience, as the Paddoc Club is quite prestigious.

I would suggest replying to adverts saying "Wanted - Chef for Formula One team, must be willing to work flexible hours and be prepared to travel" - I think that would be a good starting point.

Try sending a resumé to every F1 team.

A nice cover letter would probably help.
