About N14 Alexey Shchukin said very good answering the last question of his interview. And Evgeny of course was sad, because to go to another side of the world and to have no result in such way...

i had a talk with his team manager at Acropolis,Alexey,and told me that they are not going to use n14,till they are sure that it is faster and reliable as the n12-evo9.
they are going to use n14 in russian rallies only.

Yes. And this week-end Novikov will take part in 'White nights' rally with... Peugeot 207 S2000! It`s his first start with super 2000 car.

He is not happy (as most PWRC N14 drivers) with the N14! Especially with its engine. He told me that maybe he will give it a go again in a few months if he sees it is getting better.
He also told me that this weekend he is doing a rally in Russia with 207 S2000 from Munaretto.

I was looking some pictures from Greece and I can see that Novikov has not changed his driving style since last year. Here is a short clip from Viru rally. If you are looking this video in a slow motion then you can see how wide is the road for him :-)

i think they should ask MM Motorsport to take a look at his N14. The N14 which they built for Ott Tänak, was victorious on its 1st event, dominating whole fleet of evos and older imprezas (including last year MM own N12's).

(can it be than private team builds better cars than prodrive? :P )

Although the stages are crazy fast (average speed) Novikov won all stages today and is now up to second if I understand azbuka correctly. S2000 cars have low top speed, so it is very nice! :)

Yesterday Novikov has a puncture which cost him 30 seconds. Parts of the tire has damaged brake system. Today he is very fast but the leader of race - "king of the Karelian roads" Zhigunov hardly will give him a victory.
