Apparently he likes dressing like a Nazi and having sex? Dirty old git!

This is not entirely true. It was established that he is not a Nazi after all, but merely a pervert.

Max Mosley's father Oswald Mosley was one of the founders of the "British Union of Fascists" and openly endorsing the ideas of Nazi Germany, so I wouldn't dismiss the possibility that Max's upbringing was somewhat right-wing to say the least.

I bet Max goes on to sue the 'News of The World' after this. Surely this will end his Presidency too!! :p

Welcome to 2008.
How is this 2008? This story actually goes on.
"Google ordered to remove Max Mosley orgy pictures" - The Guardian, 6 November 2013.
http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2 ... y-pictures (http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2013/nov/06/google-remove-max-mosley-orgy-pictures)
I do feel a little embarrassed about starting the old shit, and also possibly engaging in violating someone's privacy. After all, I don't feel like everyone who is engaged in non-marital, non-heterosexual, or non-missionary position sex is a perv (sorry for the pun above). I do think it's kind of silly to run around suing google for linking to some compromising pictures that are hosted on 3rd party sites. As a search engine, the google doesn't host anything. They just tell you: "there.. here is a web site that hosts information regarding what you're looking for".
Let's get this straight. We live in the age when if someone digs up "legit" dirt on your past, it's better to just shut up and weather the storm instead of trying to suppress the information. Doing contrary will only make things worse. For example, take me, or millions of Americans many of whom never had no interest in F1 or the scandals surrounding it. However, we care a lot about the issues of internet privacy, spying, censorship, and google. Suddenly, yesterday, I see this story pop up on slashdot, which is more like information technology, science, and Linux news web site, the last place where I would expect to see to find any F1 related news:
http://search.slashdot.org/story/13/11/ ... ief-mosley (http://search.slashdot.org/story/13/11/07/1623222/french-court-orders-google-to-block-pictures-of-ex-f1-chief-mosley)
It's like a wildfire. If you try to suppress information these days, people will only start talking more about it.

I am supposed to care, why, exactly?
