Why is only Vauxhall and Seat in the manufacturers chamionship??

Because they are the only teams with significant manufacturer backing, and who have paid to enter the manufacturer championship

(Last year Honda helped TD with the Civics, TOCA deemed that they have had significant backing and hence cant compete for the independents title, but Honda never paid for the manufacturers entry, so are in a sort of teams limbo)
