After Stage 2:
1 Nasser Al Attiyah
2 Sebastien Loeb + 09' 16''
3 Lucio Alvarez + 40' 53''
They seem like huge gaps but in Dakar it's not that much... Al Attiyah had a puncture towards the end of today's stage and slowed down. Loeb said he pushed for the whole stage like if he was driving a WRC rally.

5 minutes penalty is a joke for Dakar. Like giving a 1 second penalty in a WRC rally.

The Red Bull Off-Road armada begins to unravel. In addition to the seven hours lost by Guillaume De Mevius in stage 1B and Seth Quintero's differential problem yesterday, Andreas Mikkelsen abandoning the #Dakar due to damage to the safety cage of his OT3
toyota is way too loyal to evans and taka, msport is too broke to bring drivers, hyundai will keep circulating around the same guys for 2nd and 3rd car. i dont see change while we are stuck...
