there was a situation (2014? 2015?) when they published maps in RG2, but RG2 was available only to password holders (teams, drivers etc. i suppose) and the maps were available to general public only two weeks before rally.
So... maps will be available when they will be available.
Two weeks is plenty time to plan. They probably do need to do more to restrict access after what happened the last few WRC events there.
