I belive that giving up on the regional trophies is a good thing. A good idea, but as the previous years prove, it didn't bring any competition. Making it a more affordable alternative to the ERC (especially since the FIA recomends no entry fee for foreign competitors, and the hosts usually give many other incentives), might just make the ERT finally successful.

But the points system, with the classes coeficient, doesn't sound right. But if it brings competitors, then I will be proven wrong.
